Our Products:
All of our products are proudly hand-made in the U.S.A. We repurpose designer & vintage items into custom pieces. Please keep in mind that since our products are repurposed from vintage items, they may show wear and blemishes due to their vintage nature. Our inventory is limited & tends to sell-out quickly. Please follow our social media pages so you don't miss out on new items and when restocks!
We are always growing and adding new products, so please check back often. If you don't see what you are looking for, feel free to message us. We would be happy to customize a product for you.
Giving Back:
We strongly believe in giving back to Non-profits that hold a special place in our heart. 10% of all profits from our pet products will be donated in loving memory of our sweet puppy, Harry. Donations will be made to either the AKC Canine Health Foundation's Epilepsy Research Initiative or Helping Hounds Dog Rescue (product pages specify the Cause).
Repurposed Designer Products:
These products are REPURPOSED items made from legally purchased, authentic Louis Vuitton, Chanel and/or Gucci products. They are designed and created by Grace Pierce Luxe, who does not sell Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Gucci products. The condition of the product used in REPURPOSED products does not reflect the condition of the product as it was originally sold. Grace Pierce Luxe is not associated with Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Gucci. This product has not been endorsed by Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Gucci and does not fall under any warranty from these designers. By purchasing this product, the purchaser understands and acknowledges that this product is NOT a Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Gucci product.
Processing Time:
We are typically able to process and ship orders within 2-4 business days. For Custom Orders, please see below for processing time.
Custom Orders:
Please keep in mind that our production turnaround time on custom made items are calculated as estimated Business Days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. Turnaround time is posted on each item's description. During Holiday & peak season - turnaround time may be extended and will be noted accordingly under the item description. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Custom orders are final sale.

Shipping Policy:
Orders are shipped USPS (First Class) within the U.S.A. Shipping time is approximately 1-5 days in transit. Please check that all your information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or USPS errors. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Refund Policy:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and take great pride in the quality of our products. Please keep in mind that since our products are repurposed from vintage items, they may show wear and blemishes due to their vintage nature. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to issue you an exchange or store credit in the form of an online gift card. No refunds. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you carry insurance on your return packages to cover them in the event they are lost during transit. Grace Pierce Luxe is not liable to replace your item in that event.
Grace Pierce Luxe reserves the right to either accept or deny your return/exchange proposal for any reason, if we deem that your item does not meet the posted standards. Returned/exchanged items must be unworn & in resale condition.
